Free Shipping is available on all orders within the United States.
Orders are handled Monday through Friday. The cutoff time is 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. Orders placed after that time will begin processing the next business day.
Handling Time is 1-2 business days
Transit Time is 6-8 business days

Returns

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return eligible items. To start a return, simply email support@blissbump.store, and we will be happy to guide you through the process.
- No restocking fees: We never charge restocking fees on returned items.
- Quick Processing: Once we receive your returned item, please allow 7 days for inspection and processing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Return Match Policy: If your order arrives damaged, defective or not as described, we will provide a free exchange.
- Conditions of Returns: Items must be unused, in their original condition and returned in their original packaging.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, BlissBump will cover the cost of return shipping.
