When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 6–8 business days.

Please note: Some products may ship faster. Any product-specific shipping timelines are clearly displayed on the product page and at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch. You can track your parcel using the Track Order page or checking the couriers website directly.

What if my package is delayed or lost?

If your order appears delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact our support team via the Contact Page and we will assist you promptly.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened dopplers are not eligible for return.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders are processed quickly and cannot be modified or canceled once fulfillment has begun. If you need help, contact us as soon as possiblevia the Contact Page and we’ll do our best to assist.

Is the BlissBump Doppler safe to use?

The BlissBump Doppler is designed for at-home listening and should be used according to the instructions provided.

It is not a medical device and is not intended to replace professional prenatal care. Always consult your healthcare provider if you have medical concerns during pregnancy.
