    At BlissBump, we are committed to transparent and reliable shipping for every order.

    Shipping Destinations

    We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

    Shipping Costs

    We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders above $50 unless otherwise stated at checkout.

    Order Processing Time

    Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

    Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

    Estimated Delivery Time

    After processing, orders typically arrive within:

    Transit Time: 6–8 business days

    Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7–10 business days from the date of order

    Please note: Some products may ship faster. Any product-specific or expedited shipping options will be clearly displayed on the individual product page and at checkout.

    Shipping Carriers

    We work with trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery, including USPS, UPS and FedEx. Carrier selection may vary depending on the product and destination.

    Tracking Information

    Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear. You can easily track your package on the Order Tracking page or directly through the carrier's website. 

    Delivery Issues

    If your order is delayed, damaged, or appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at support@blissbump.store so we can assist you.

    Incorrect Address

    We are not responsible if the address is entered incorrectly during the checkout process. Please make sure your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If an error has been made, please notify us no later than 2 hours after placing your order. If your order is not delivered because the end customer made an address error, you will receive a refund once it is returned to the warehouse, excluding return shipping charges.

    Lost or Stolen Packages

    We understand that lost or stolen packages can be frustrating. Once we hand over your package to the courier, its transit is out of our control. If your package is lost or stolen, contact us at support@blissbump.store and we will do our best to assist you.

    We recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim, as they often have a process for handling lost or stolen packages. 

    Please note that BlissBump is not responsible for lost of stolen packages, and that such incidents fall outside our refund policy. If the package is marked as not delivered, we may offer a replacement.

    In some cases, the courier may be able to recover and deliver the package. If not, we advise you to file a police report if necessary.
