Orders are handled Monday through Friday. The cutoff time is 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. Orders placed after that time will begin processing the next business day.

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return eligible items. To start a return, simply email support@blissbump.store, and we will be happy to guide you through the process.

• No restocking fees: We never charge restocking fees on returned items.
• Quick Processing: Once we receive your returned item, please allow 7 days for inspection and processing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Return Match Policy: If your order arrives damaged, defective or not as described, we will provide a free exchange.
• Conditions of Returns: Items must be unused, in their original condition and returned in their original packaging.
• Defective or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, BlissBump will cover the cost of return shipping.
